A week-long, live-aboard immersion retreat on a sailing yacht. Our days are guided by the tide and the sunrise, mixing high-energy movement with deep, restorative stillness.

We’ve designed this experience to be more than a trip; it’s a blueprint for how to live well, move often, and stay connected, even when you're miles from home. It is grounding, active, and intentionally life-shifting.

Whether we are navigating the coves of the Caribbean or the sun-drenched coastlines of the Mediterranean, we choose our routes for their natural energy. You’ll find us where the water is crystal clear, the islands are made for hopping, and the culture is rich. We don’t just visit these places; we move through them. Hiking, running, and swimming our way across these beautiful blue spaces.

A GLIMPSE INTO THE FLOW

  • Sunrise: No devices. Just coffee, tea, or a hot drink on the bow, a journal in hand, and the sound of the water.

  • Morning: A group yoga flow on deck followed by a quick "wake-up" dip in the ocean.

  • Mid-Day: As the boat moves to a new cove, we talk, chill, and gear up for the day’s peak movement, whether that’s a guided island hike or water-based conditioning.

  • Afternoon: A communal lunch on deck, followed by a creative reset, think watercoloring, group debriefs, or simply independent reading in a hammock.

  • Evening: A sunset workout or mobility session, leading into a big, music-filled dinner preparation where everyone plays a part.

  • Night: Stargazing and winding down, feeling sun-kissed, loose, and in a fully Anchored Body.

  • You’ll start by filling out a short application. Once accepted, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is split into payments, with the final amount due before the retreat begins.

  • Our retreats are intentionally small, typically around 6–10 guests. It keeps things more personal, comfortable, and allows for real connection throughout the week.

  • Yes — and a lot of people do. You’ll either be paired with another guest or have your own space depending on the setup. It’s a really easy environment to meet people and feel included.

  • It’s active, social, and relaxed all at once.
    Think workouts in the morning, time in the water, exploring during the day, and slow dinners together at night.

    There’s space to connect, but also space to just be.

  • Safety is a priority. Each trip is led by an experienced, licensed captain/crew, and we go over everything you need to know before setting sail so you feel comfortable and confident.
